Dear Friends!
It is my pleasure to introduce to you a new Site of the International Solomon university Eastern-Ukrainian Branch. It is noteworthy that the Site’s presentation coincides with our jubilee: in April 2008 we will turn 10 years old! It is a very significant date for the university. During the past ten years, due to the efforts of our Faculty and Staff, the EU Branch has acquired its own unique face, developing into one of the most prestigious non-state budget educational establishments of Ukraine.
International Solomon university has earned respect and popularity in Ukraine due to a number of undeniable advantages.
We have every right to be proud of our Faculty which includes famous scientists, brilliant lecturers and applied scientists – all readily sharing their expertise, and practical skills with our students, thus guaranteeing our graduates a sure position on the Ukraine’s and other countries’ labour markets.
In addition, high quality education is achieved in ISU owing to its individual approach to each student, its flexible timetables (enabling students to simultaneously do courses at different departments, specialising in different areas, or to acquire a second higher education certification), to special attention paid to students’ upbringing, and finally, to the state-of-the-art technical equipment conforming to the latest international standards.
The successful activity of the Branch would have been impossible without the support and guidance received from the administration of ISU /Kiev/,especially from Head of the Committee of Founders Roman Mikhailovich Shapshovitch and President of ISU, a merited scientist, Doctor of Economics, professor Alexandre Ilyich Rosenfeld.
I would like to emphasise further, that our friends and business partners number some big foreign universities, leading IT companies, financial and other institutions, the media, etc., all of which make it possible for our students not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to master the practical aspects of their chosen profession.
Our ISU Branch lives the life of a dynamic modern educational establishment and is in a constant state of development. On this site we will do our best to highlight all the events that are important to us, provide all the information that is interesting and useful.
In conclusion, I would like to wish all our prospective applicants to choose “the right” road in life and to our students and teachers – to maintain and enhance the high reputation of our university, to successfully solve the difficult tasks they may face in their work and studies. And we, on our part, will be only too happy to always help them in all these matters.
